Inke Arns (DE) is Artistic Director of the Hartware Medien-Kunst-Verein (HMKV) in Dortmund. In 2004 she received her Ph.D. from the Humboldt University in Berlin. Her dissertation was on the paradigm shift in the reception of the historical avant-garde and the concept of utopia in (media) artistic projects in the 1980s and 1990s in former Yugoslavia and Russia.
